i am an Aural/Visual Healing Artist and Conceptual Designer, who specialises in therapeutic storytelling, using spiritual, physical, and digital mediums. i am a sensual pole dancer, terrestrial and aerial yoga teacher, meditation guide, sound healer, musician, and dj. inspired by my eclectic psychic, artistic, and ethnic heritages, i design transcendental, culturally responsive, and sensory accessible experiences that promote restoration through mind-body-soul integration. i have offered sonic, spatial, and spiritual installations domestically and internationally, including: Mother Tongue (2019), an experimental sound ceremony for Eaton Radio at Eaton Hotel in Washington, DC; The Zen Zone (2018), a multisensory wellness room for Consensys blockchain technology company in Albufeira, Portugal; Suspended Animation (2017), a sound healing and aerial yoga series for Inhale Miami healing and event space in Miami, Florida; and a spontaneous sound healing and terrestrial yoga offering (2016) for Lotus Vine Journeys plant medicine retreat in Tarapoto, Peru in the Amazon Jungle.my inner and outer world activations inspire socio-spiritual transformation at the individual and collective levels. i use many mediums, sub-mediums, and super-mediums to uncover and fortify connections between and beyond humans at the spirit level. i facilitate experiences that employ sound and silence and movement and stillness within traditional healing frameworks and by tracing enduring threads of indigenous wisdom to distill the transcultural throughlines that weave our shared reality. i am my own greatest work of art ~ i imagine myself as the instrument and symphony of my social practice. by constantly deconstructing and rearranging my own interiority, i am continuously reimagining the reality around me and drawing others into orbit to witness and collaborate in the redesign of humanity. i am deeply enchanted by the mysteries of the mind, body, and soul and wholly captivated by the paradox of human fragility and human fortitude. i make work that investigates and integrates sensory and extrasensory perception, cognitive function and dysfunction, and altered states of consciousness ~induced by traumatic, ecstatic, and psychedelic encounters.
